How do I indicate that a guest is a member of a loyalty program?

To Indicate that a guest is a member of a loyalty program:

  1. Navigate in the menu to Reservations and select it
  2. On the Reservations screen navigate to the search box and enter the guest’s name
  3. Select the “Search” button
  4. Navigate to the guest and select it
  5. On the guest’s folio it will indicate whether or not that guest is a member of a loyalty plan
